Lee owns the half of the company where promises are kept: production. His career spans decades of manufacturing across sports nutrition, supplements and private-label production — the operational school where batch discipline, traceability and supply reliability stop being aspirations and become reflexes. That heritage is why NSG manufactures in the UK to the standards human supplements are held to: it's the only way Lee has ever worked.

Most of what makes NSG distinctive is the short distance between these two desks. Formulations are designed with production in the room, so recipes survive scale-up intact; production answers to formulation, so cost pressure never quietly edits a dose. Around them sits the wider practice — the veterinarians who act as principal investigators on our trials, and the specialists across our four sectors — but the standard the company runs on is set by its founders, in the oldest way: they put their own names on it.
