Privacy Policy

Last updated · 27 April 2026 Version 1.0 UK GDPR & DPA 2018

Natural Science Group Ltd ("NSG", "we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard information when you visit naturalsciencegroup.co.uk or get in touch with us as a partner, customer or supplier.

We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and run the business. We never sell your personal data, and we don't use it to train external models.

01Who we are

Natural Science Group Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, with our registered office at Unit 8, Axiom Orbital Park, Hall Avenue, Ashford, Kent, England, TN24 0AA. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

For any privacy questions, contact us at info@naturalsciencegroup.co.uk.

02Information we collect

We collect the following limited categories of data:

03How we use it

Our lawful bases for processing are legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you initiate, running our business) and legal obligation (tax, regulatory and compliance record-keeping).

04Marketing

We do not send unsolicited marketing email. If you ever opt in to product updates from one of our consumer brands, that brand will operate its own privacy notice and you can unsubscribe at any time.

05Sharing your data

We share personal data only with carefully selected service providers who help us run the business — for example our email host, our enquiry-form infrastructure, and our accountants. These providers are bound by contracts that require them to handle your data securely and only on our instructions.

We will disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of NSG, our staff, customers or others.

06International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on UK-approved transfer mechanisms (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

07How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless an active commercial relationship is established, in which case correspondence is retained for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable archival period for legal and audit purposes (typically 6 years).

08Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email info@naturalsciencegroup.co.uk.

09Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies required to load pages and remember your basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies on naturalsciencegroup.co.uk.

10Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and limited internal data access — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to make ours robust.
